Introduction
Tigara Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a boutique international business consultancy operated by Diana Mroue, based in Tampa Bay, Florida. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every individual who visits our website at tigaragroup.1nicorn.com or engages with our services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide. We do not purchase data from third-party brokers, deploy tracking pixels, or engage in behavioral profiling.
Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect your full name, email address, company name (optional), country or region (optional), phone number (optional), service interest selection, estimated engagement size, and your message. This data is stored securely in our database, hosted on Supabase (cloud infrastructure based in the EU and United States). A notification email containing your submission is sent to Diana Mroue via Resend, our transactional email provider. We do not share your contact form data with any other third party.
Newsletter subscriptions. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We send a confirmation email to verify your subscription. Your email address is stored in our database and is used solely to deliver our newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or by emailing us directly.
Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors navigate our site. Analytics data includes pages visited, approximate geographic region (country-level only), browser type, and device category (desktop, mobile, tablet). We do not track individual users across sessions, and we do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics. Analytics data is aggregated and used solely to improve our website experience.

Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to seven years to support ongoing client relationships and engagement records. Newsletter subscriber email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form indefinitely but contains no personally identifiable information. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality, such as maintaining your session state. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Optional analytics cookies, if used, require your explicit consent before activation.
