Our Commitment
Tigara Group is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, which is the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us. It is a fundamental aspect of how we build and maintain this site.
Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features throughout our site:
- Semantic HTML. We use proper heading hierarchy (h1 through h6), landmark elements (header, nav, main, footer), and meaningful HTML elements to ensure screen readers can navigate the site structure effectively.
- Alternative text. All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately so they are skipped by assistive technologies.
- Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element on this site, including links, buttons, form fields, and navigation menus, is accessible via keyboard. You can navigate the entire site using Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and Escape keys without requiring a mouse.
- Color contrast. We test all text and background color combinations against WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). Our design tokens are verified with automated contrast linting at every build.
- Focus indicators. Interactive elements display visible focus indicators when navigated via keyboard, making it clear which element is currently active.
- Responsive design. The site adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels. Content remains readable and functional at up to 200% zoom without requiring horizontal scrolling.
- Form labels. All form fields have associated labels that are programmatically linked, ensuring screen readers announce the purpose of each field. Required fields are clearly identified.
- Consistent navigation. Navigation is consistent across all pages, with a persistent header and footer. Breadcrumb trails provide orientation context on inner pages.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time achievement. We regularly review and test our site to identify and address accessibility barriers. Our testing process includes automated scanning tools, manual keyboard navigation testing, and periodic reviews of screen reader compatibility. When we publish new content or make design changes, accessibility verification is part of our release process.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas of the site may have accessibility limitations that we are actively working to resolve. Third-party embedded content, such as analytics scripts, may not meet the same accessibility standards we apply to our own content. We are committed to addressing any limitations as they are identified.

If you encounter any accessibility barrier on this site, we want to know about it. Your feedback helps us improve. Please contact us with a description of the barrier you experienced, the page where you encountered it, and any assistive technology you were using. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III requirements for web accessibility
